Halloween is around the corner and I'm sure you also think that it is one of the best days of the year. But it is not just a regular day, It is also a competition of fantastic and spooky decoration. If you are on a budget, you can still be the winner if you do some of these awesome, easy and cheap ideas for Halloween decoration, snacks and costumes.
So get your hands to the work and may the best haunted house win! Look at these simple Halloween ideas and be the star of your neighborhood.
MUMMY JUICE BOX
Who says it has to be difficult? Buy some juice boxes and wrap them with white electrical tape. Then get some googly eyes and put them on the boxes. Kids will love it!
Burgers are fun, but you can make them even better with this easy trick! Cut the cheese with a mold you like or with a knife. Keep them open so people can enjoy them!
As the young guests arrive you can offer them Fingers of Fright. They are chewy digits made with circus peanut candies. Jelly beans cut in half are pressed in for the fingernails.
Wreaths are not just for Christmas. Use a bunch of ping-pong balls and add one googly eye to each of them. Then, glue all of them to a cardboard circle pattern.
GOOGLY EYES LIGHTS
And if you have some spare ping-pong balls, make a little hole on them (You can use a screwdriver) and use that hole to put christmas lights inside like you see in the picture.
You can also have a Halloween's Day elegant dinner party and decorate the table with these fangs. It will be like eating at Dracula's Castle. (Black plates and red napkins are a must)
You still have time to get a few toilet paper rolls. Use scissors to cut demon eyes on them and then place glow sticks inside and hang them from the trees.
This one is easy but effective. Put spiders (made of plastic, not real spiders) in your ice trays. That will make awesome Spider Ice Cubes that will spook kids and grown-ups!
Yes, I know. They are not even close to being spooky. These cupcakes are cute as hell! You can do your own cupcakes or buy them, and then add some ghostly features with chocolate chips.
HALLOWEEN PARTY FAVORS
Do this original Halloween Party Favors with surgical gloves full of candies and small toys. This will be something they will remember forever! You can also put some scary rings on the fingers.
GLOWING PLASTIC CUP LIGHTS
You will need three things: Color cups, a marker and led tealights. Use the marker to draw ghostly faces on the cups. Then put them over LED Tealights. (Don't use real candles!!)
This is fun and healthy. You simply thread grapes onto a skewer and attach mini chocolate chips with a bit of icing for the eyes. The children could easily help with this snack!
Fold each cheese slice and cut the fringes of the broom using a pair of scissors. Roll the slice of cheese around a snack stick having the fringes looking down. Finally to keep the cheese around the stick, use some chive and knot it around.
CARROT FINGER FOOD
Fill a bowl with your favorite dip. Peel 4 carrots for fingers and 1 carrot half for a thumb. With a paring knife cut a flat shallow notch in the tip of each carrot. Then use a dab of dip or softened cream cheese to glue a sliced-almond fingernail.
BLACK CAT COOKIES
Frost the back of the M&M's and the pumpkin sprinkle and attach to the cookie for the eyes and the nose. Dip the flat part of the chocolate chips and attach to the top of the cookie for the ears. With the black edible marker, draw the eyes.
They look fancy, huh? They are just empty baby food jars (or another type of food jar), wrapped with yarn. You can attach a few spiders for a spooky effect.
To make these mummy pizzas you have to make the pizzas the regular way and when it's time to put the cheese just do it cutting in strips. Then, olive slices do the trick for the eyes.
BLOOD STAINED TOWELS
Get a cheap white hand towels from the dollar store and some fake blood (it washes off your skin with hand soap) and make bloody handprints all over it. Then just hang those bad boys up on the towel bar.
You don't have time for a cool costume? You can do one in no time! Just glue some plastic bugs to a pair of nylons and you will have the easiest costume ever.
Receive your guests with this awesome mummy door. You just need to wrap the door in streamers and cut googly eyes in a cardboard. If you don't have streamers just do it with toilet paper!
You may think that this is a little bit unhealthy and maybe gross. But what you don't know is that this glowing drinks are just… Tonic Water! If you put it under a blacklight it will glow like if it's made of some weird science stuff.
It's made of layers of salsa, guacamole, sour cream, beans, cheese, pico de gallo and cheese. This is the perfect appetizer. People will gather around this layered taco dip until it's dead!
Instead of giving candies to the children, give them glowing bracelets! You may think that they will throw some toilet paper to your house and we cannot ensure that that's not gonna happen.

CANDY CORN WATER BEADS
This is fun, cute and easy. You just need a vase, water beads of the colors you like and self-adhesive paper. Put the beads in water and create the pattern you prefer, then cut funny faces of contact paper and stick them to the vase.
To do this amazing decoration use glue dots to stick construction-paper eyes and mouth onto white tissue-paper bells (The ones used in communions and other celebrations). Then drape them with cheesecloth.
This trick it's so easy, it is scary. Use armchairs covered with sheets so your living room looks abandoned. Then place a gauze (cobwebs) on mirrors, lamps and other objects. You can also put curly willow branches on chandeliers.
Draw a figure on the back of a sheet of frosted window film. Cut out the silhouette, as well as its eyes and mouth. Apply the film to a mirror, smoothing as you go.
You need vases, jars or glasses. Tape a gauze end to the top of the glass, then wrap and twist as you wind your way down the jar. A dab of glue will hold the gauze in place and affix the googly eyes. Put a tealight inside and done!
FLOATING HEAD GHOST
This is scary as hell itself. You need foam mannequin heads and some cheesecloth. Cover the heads with the cloth and hang them in your porch, it's so easy it's a little embarrassing.
HEAD IN A JAR
This is sooo cool! You need a jar big enough, green, yellow and orange food dye and a printed face. You can find the face if you google "Flat face". Print that picture, mix the three dyes with water and place everything in the jar. Spooky!
Spray paint cardboard rolls and affix battery-operated tea lights to the tops for these hovering candles. Hang them from the ceiling and they will be the stars of your party.
You can make this dramatic and cheap cobweb decoration by cutting garbage bags. Use a scissor and follow the pattern you like and hang them from the wall or the ceiling. It will be awesome!
SPOOKY HAND SOAP
Making Halloween soap takes very little time. Simply open up the containers and stick your plastic spiders and skulls inside! Then use a skewer to push things around a bit to make room.
Cover a strand of white lantern lights with triangles of cotton fabric. You need to remove the lanterns carefully and do a hole in the fabric to hang the little ghost.
TIN CAN LUMINARIES
Fill the can with water and put it in the freezer. When it's completely frozen take it out and with a nail and a hammer do holes to create a simple pattern. Melt the ice, paint the can in black paint and put a candle inside.
BLACK AND WHITE TOPIARY
Prime five pumpkins. Spray paint them three white and two black. Drill holes into each. Alternating colors, place the pumpkins onto a dowel that stands in the middle of a flower pot. Thread lights through.
SKULL CANDLE HOLDER
You'll need three plastic skulls and two terracotta saucers. Glue them together as you like and spray paint with a dark color. Leave it to dry and then place a candle on top.
Cut orange tissue paper into circles, place your favorite candies in the center and gather the edges in the center. Wrap green tape around the twisted end of the pumpkin top..
Just spray paint a grapevine wreath black and glue plastic eyeballs to it with a glue gun. Put it in your front door to scary all your visitors and neighbors.
Google a bat template and print it. Cut it and use it as a pattern to cut several bats of black cardboard. You can either attach a thread and hang them or tape them to the wall.
Buy regular white candles, pierce them with black carpet tacks and drip red wax down the sides (using a red candle). Place them in a candlestick to get these tortured candles.
Turn your regular boring cups into this amazing little cute monsters! Buy black plastic cups and glue googly eyes on them. You can also do ghost using white cups. So nice!
Just drape white cotton fabric over lollipop candies, tie with twine and paint on black eyes. You can put them in a black jar to have this amazing edible centerpiece.
GHOST FACE PICTURE FRAME
You will need a frame, cardboard, cheesecloth, glue and foam or plastic faces. Cut a piece of cardboard to fit the frame. Glue the face to the cardboard and soak the cheesecloth in a bowl of glue. Then, apply the fabric over the head and leave it to dry.
WITCH HAT LUMINARIES
Buy inexpensive witch hats, tealights or led lights, fishing line, tape and a long needle. Tape or tie the fishing line to the light, it's better from the bottom. Then do a little hole in the hat's top and pass the fishing line with the needle. Hang from the ceiling.
CHICKEN WIRE GHOST
Chicken wire is the perfect medium for making a life-sized ghost to haunt your yard this Halloween. By bending the wire around different forms, you can make a human-shaped ghost appear as if it is floating across the lawn. It's a bit hard, but you just have to try.
Google and print some figures. They can be skulls or old pictures. Get transparent glue and use it to glue the paper to the candle. Apply one layer of glue above the picture to ensure it.
